Eligibility is limited to active email subscribers and Facebook fans that are currently signed up and are receiving updates from the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall at the time of the drawing. Anyone who has unsubscribed from the active email list, or fan listing, is ineligible. Undeliverable email addresses are automatically unsubscribed and are rendered ineligible immediately. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the e-mail address. The "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person to whom the e-mail address is assigned by an internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner. Prizes will be mailed to the U.S. mailing address provided by the Winner.
