Information will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase. The VIP provider, the artist, tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the purchaser at the time of purchase.
Exclusive VIP merchandise items will be distributed at the venue, on the day of show ONLY. To redeem all elements of your order you must present your receipt and picture ID at the check-in location.
