The Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall is raising the curtain on an unforgettable 2026–2027 season, bringing an extraordinary lineup of Broadway's biggest national tours, legendary musicians, acclaimed comedians, dazzling theatrical productions and holiday favorites to Sarasota.
Celebrate the back-to-school season at the Van Wezel's annual Family Fest, a free, one-day celebration featuring live performances, literacy activities, food trucks, games, a photo booth, and more. Back by popular demand, Family Fest will take place on Saturday, September 26, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the Van Wezel's back lawn and in the Grand Foyer.
Sarasota Orchestra and Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall are partnering to present Summon the Heroes, a special benefit concert commemorating the 25th anniversary of Sept. 11, 2001. Scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 10, the performance will bring the community together through music while honoring those who served, sacrificed and supported others in the aftermath of 9/11.
The Allman Betts Family Revival is celebrating a decade of music with A DECADE OF REVIVAL, a special live performance honoring the legendary catalogs that have shaped rock ’n’ roll. The tour comes to The Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall on Sunday, December 13, at 7 p.m.
