What terms and conditions apply when purchasing a Van Wezel ticket?

By purchasing and/or presenting a Van Wezel ticket for admission you agree that you and your belongings are subject to screening and/or search for prohibited items, including illegally possessed weapons, which are not allowed in the Van Wezel facility.

Can my tickets be refunded?

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on ticket purchases for Van Wezel performances.

Can I buy third-party (scalped) tickets for Van Wezel shows?

Always buy your tickets from the Van Wezel Box Office. There are many reasons to avoid third-party ticket sellers including:

We cannot guarantee your tickets are genuine.
You will likely pay more than face value.
We cannot replace lost or stolen tickets.
We cannot contact you with information regarding show cancellations, time changes, traffic updates, or other useful pieces of information.
You are supporting businesses that make it more difficult for true fans to see artists without paying a premium charge.
None of the additional money spent on the tickets goes to the performers or the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall.
